This small, family owned and operated business walks the walk when it comes to customer. We just completed our three-day orientation for picking up our brand new 5th wheel. The shop crew and office staff are incredibly responsive, attentive and friendly. They stand behind their product and consider every owner a member of the New Horizons family. Cole and his team are phenomenal. I got a Morryde i.s. alignment done. Later that day, after hours, at my nearby campsite I had a slide issue. Cole and Chris came to my site diagnosed and repaired the issue. Where else would the CEO come out to help a customer? Great customer service.!

From my first contact with Alysia to make a appointment for a new Flex Armor roof, to the completed project with Chris was fantastic. I was always informed of the project, and with an older Motorhome with water damage, they were fast and even sent pictures. I never had to call to see what the status was. as Chris informed me daily. The project was completed in a few days which I found fantastic. Highly recommend New Horizons.

We picked up our New Horizons Majestic in June, 2019 and have lived in it full-time to this date. This is our first RV and we researched all the competition thoroughly prior to ordering our Majestic. We have no intention of trading or buying an RV again so we wanted to make sure that our needs were met appropriately the first time. New Horizons builds each rig as a unique product. However, the infrastructure, quality of materials, and attention to detail is superior to any we have seen and a year and four months later, we still feel the same. Additionally, it’s a relatively small company and their customers share a wonderful camaraderie both with fellow New Horizons owners as well as with many of the employees who play a part in the building of the customer’s rolling home. New Horizons builds and sells the best quality fifth wheel on the market, and while they nor their product is perfect, we know that when we are in need of help wherever we are, New Horizons will step up and do the right thing in the interest of their customers.

After researching, we ordered our Majestic in October 2017 and traded in our 2013 DRV Elite Suites. We picked up our new Majestic in April 2018, and it was truly majestic! We love our Majestic! The wood floors are beautiful and so much better than carpeting! The natural cherry cabinetry is beautiful! The granite is great! This is truly a wonderful fifth wheel!

We cold camp during the winter. We knew the abilities of the Elite Suites and were totally pleased that the New Horizons Majestic performed even better in winter!

As with any RV, there will be warranty issues and repairs. New Horizons has a 2 year "bumper to bumper" warranty that management definitely stands behind! The Warranty/Repair department is excellent! And if you need repairs on the road, Ken will take care of you!

Bottom line, if you are looking for a quality fifth wheel, there is only one choice: New Horizons.
