Thomas and Adam by my apartment management to come to my unit and replace my air conditioning inside the apartment. This was a tough job, the AC was located in the ceiling above the shower in the bathroom. It was an all day, complicated day. But these two gentlemen were the right ones for the job. They were patient with how long it took to take the old unit out and install the new one. They communicated clearly and in a detailed way to me - which I really appreciated ! Highly recommend them for mechanical needs. Thomas and Adam were both professional, hard workers and very smart! Thank you Thomas and Adam!

The air conditioning in my apartment located at Perry 81 has not worked for two months when I moved in. The management of my apartment only tells me that the air conditioning is the responsibility of this company Nexus5Group. Neither of them is responsible for the problem, my light bill has become very high because the air conditioning never reaches the temperature that is set to automatic because it does not reach the temperature that it should be, the air is always on, I have done infinite complaints and they have not resolved what NEXUS5GROUP tells me is that the temperature is that because it is hot, so why do I have an air? to stay warm during the day and night? I have the air conditioning at 67 and the thermostat says the house is at 80 and above, it makes sense! I also have dogs in my house and they are the ones who suffer the most, I don't know why to write anymore or what to do to get my air conditioning changed. do your job well. They are a terrible company, they have no ethics or responsibility. The next thing you are going to receive will be a lawsuit and I will include the bills from my dog's vet for the heat stroke he got due to said problem.

I am the supervisor of an apartment complex and have asked for them come out for a lot of various HVAC work. Nexus5 Group gets someone out quickly everytime.
