I reached out to Nissan as I needed a truck. I should add I'm a repeat customer. Burney responded & was not the typical salesman. In fact the sell almost ended by Burney when unable to sell the truck I wanted. It had sold that morning from a different local.
We collectively reviewed options & started over. I appreciate their honesty,non pressure environment,and working to close a deal fair to all involved. I plan to visit when it's time to purchase again. They stand behind their word which is rare these days.
However, I need to add the financial department. Sent 12 inquiries for loans on behalf of my spouse. They failed to get her consent nor did they inform her. This may impact future business. This is shady & disrespectful. The truck had nothing to do with her. I purchased it not her.

I recently purchased a car a month ago from Nissan of Gadsden and all I can say is thank you so much. I want to thank Burney and Brandon for making it happen. They were very nice and answered all questions I had. Burney helped my family get the car I wanted. The purchase was smooth and fast. Me and my wife were amazed at how fast it took to get us in and out the same day. He helped us get a car that was in our budget, I will be purchasing from them in the near future. Had an exceptional visit. I wasn’t shopping for a vehicle, we were trying to use the onsite EV charger. Turns out it was out of service. It was close to closing time for them, but they offered to let me use their level 2 charger and were even going to give me a ride back to my hotel. We ended up finding another available fast charger nearby. But the offer for assistance I had not expected and it was much appreciated!

Thanks to both Brandon and Angel Haver for their excellent customer service resulting in an awesome car buying experience!
When finding my vehicle on the website Brandon was my first contact. He was extremely responsive with my questions. Brandon described the condition of the vehicle and and he and Angel quickly provided a walkaround video as requested.
First impressions were favorable which prompted me to drive down the same day to check out the Infiniti G37 and test drive it.
Upon arrival at Nissan the G37 was waiting for me... was clean with a full tank of gas.
After the test drive I was definitely interested in purchasing this vehicle.
Brandon and Angel helped facilitate the steps for deposit hold.
We are happy with our purchase and will definitely contact Brandon and Angel for future purchases and recommendations for family and friends.
