I delivered to Scott last week I’ve been in business for almost 30 years I never had anyone give me tips he handed me the paperwork with $40. I was shocked. delivery was easy they have High quality material, how I know? I deliver it. you don’t need to be genius to figure out that this guy provide phenomenal service. Go and meet this guy. He’s one of those who stuck in your memory forever how nice he is.

We started a remodel project and when it was time for granite we were not given much direction from our contractor. I drove by Nordic Stone on my way home from Wichita one day and called them cause they had their inventory displayed out front. I met with Gary and Scott and they walked me through the process, making recommendations and suggestions along the way. I was able to walk out with slab picked, pricing secured and scheduled for measuring. Nordic Stone was so professional, timely and accommodating. Thanks Scott you run a top notch shop! I also loved buying locally.

From the time we originally walk in the store and talked to Scott to the install of our bathroom countertops our experience was great.
Scott was very helpful in explaining the process to us and gave us things to think about prior to making our selection. After we selected our countertop the process went very quickly. Install was seamless. Scott was flexible with when we could install and make it work with our busy work schedule. The installers were very quick, punctual, and professional.

Leaving this company with one star because of the customer service. We visited the store on a Saturday morning looking for counter tops. We already had a bid from Quality Granite because we have worked with them in the past, but we wanted to be diligent and see what Nordic Stone had available. The customer service was horrible. The minute we walked in the door it was as if we were an inconvenience. So, 5 minutes later, we walked out. We decided to stick with Quality Granite. They know how to treat a customer.

Purchased two bathroom countertops - specified a honed finished but received a leathered finished instead. When we contacted Scott - he didn't have the time to talk. Four days later - we had to call him, scheduled an appointment to go to his facility to discuss and he didn't show. When we came back, he was not helpful even though it was their mistake. I would not recommend doing business with this company! The customer service is extremely poor!

I shopped around the Wichita area for different options for granite. Scott at Nordic Stone seemed to be the most helpful from start to finish. The level of customer service I received there was outstanding. Their price was not the lowest, but the service I received and the way they treat their customers was definitely worth the extra penny.

GREAT experience! Not only are my countertops beautiful but the install process was seamless. The installers were punctual, polite and tidy! The prices here beat anybody's in town and Scott Bishop always responded quickly and was extremely helpful. Their selection were better than anyone else's . I will never go anywhere else for granite and quartz!
