A team came out this morning to fix a water leak on Henry Lane! They did excellent work and were very courteous in answering my questions. They even made sure the ground was nice and neat where they dug near our meter. Thank you NBU!

I use their online bill pay option every month and have had no problems, but it could use a serious update for improved ease of use. *There is also a $2.95 service fee for paying your bill online*

Really a bunch of jerks, and stuck in the middle aged, I received bill on a Friday, pail it and was shutoff on the following Wednesday. I had to use my billpay cause their website is so crumby it doesn't recognize the account number from my bill as valid
You even have to put n/a in lines instead of leaving blank,,,can you say dilapidated here? Never heard of grace period? I can't control the mail or how quick they post payments but wow; I'm really appalled at there utter lack of competence and complete disregard of even minimum service standards. As a public utility, it is unacceptable. I wouldn't doubt if they intentionally sit on payments to increase their fees, that's how poorly run this company is, Want a good laugh? Tell them your water pressure sucks and you'll actually hear how ignorant they are,

Service is good, and the cost isn’t too high. They’ve come out several times and helped with my meter. The late fees can be a little high, more than half the price of my bill last time.

I wish I could give negative stars. This place is absolutely disgusting. They nickel & dime you with no explanation. I’ve been charged extra fees & my payment was made then they returned it without my knowledge and now want another $40 worth of fees. It’s either pay them or have your water turned off. ‍♀️
