Called them after hours as my septic system had backed up and was coming up a drain in my house. They got a truck here really fast where it didn’t impact us at the house any more. They got the tank cleared and were able to clear the plug verifying that we had good flow and that the system was functioning correctly. Price was very reasonable and they guys were very friendly and helpful. I’ll be using them going forward and appreciate everything they did to take care of us. Everything is cleaned up and working as it should. Could not ask for a better service.

Had a great experience with these guys! Very prompt with calling back, scheduling, and service. They were able to get a truck out to my house same-day, and the driver was professional, courteous, and worked really quickly. Its obvious that the team at North Star Honey Wagon care about their customers and they go the extra mile to provide exceptional service.

I began using them when Ralph first started up and I will only use them for my home and business septic needs. Called on a Friday with issues with my septic system. Ralph was nice enough to squeeze me in at the end of the day. Lou came over and quickly diagnosed the problem and was extremely professional and competent. Although we couldn’t fully fix the problem that late in the day, he pumped out my septic and lift station to give us time so they can fix it Monday. Overall very courteous, professional and competent. I highly recommend them if you need septic service at your house.

My most recent experience with NorthStar Honey Wagon was over the top! The service was professional, timely, thorough, quick, under budget, and couldn't have been a finer experience, and that's no ... well ... let's say, "sugar", LOL! I truly wish other local vendors that come to my home were as prompt, professional, and uber-friendly as the company field representative and home office that attended to my latest septic service request. This last visit was their second time in two years, so I am a repeat customer and highly recommend NorthStar Honey Wagon Septic Service if you need top-notch septic service.
