I gave Charlie a call on Friday afternoon when I saw that our pump was shutting off after 5 minutes of running the water. During our discussion of the issue, I immediately I got a favorable impression that Charlie was knowledgeable, a straight talker and someone that I could probably trust to do the job. He told me that he would come by at 9 AM on Monday to diagnose the problem and mentioned that it is no charge unless he resolves my problem. He came out promptly, was happy to answer all of my questions and quickly replaced my pump with a much better-quality pump than I previously had. Afterward, my water flowed without interruption. Upon completing the job Charlie said with confidence that I would have no more issues, that the pump was good for life.

Fantastic replacement job on my well pump. Called on Friday and he was out Saturday morning to start working. Troubleshot all of the issues and had solutions and all the tools. After service had a slight problem with the old pump line Charles came right back out and replaced it with a brand new line within the hour. Very professional and great work, would highly recommend for all your well issues.

Charlie was great to work with, I considered doing the work myself and had a great conversation about the work with Charlie on the phone. Based on that conversation and the advice he gave me I decided to simply hire him for the well pump replacement job. His price was so competitive that I would have been a fool to not take the deal. He was on time, communication was excellent and he did not nickle and dime me. One fair price for a new pump and well cover. I have nothing but good things to say about how the work was done, his cleanup and how fast he worked. This is a real small business owner who put pride and effort into his work. This is the 30 year old pump that Charlie replaced for me.

I have spoken to Charlie for two years and he’s always referred me to the best people regarding issues we always believed was our well. I met him for the first time today and he was so pleasant! He diagnosed our issue and was so kind!

My history with Charley goes back a few months when I woke up to no running water. He came out to my house and got me up and running for the time being...no charge...what I did need a new water tank however. Charley did that job today. What a nice guy! Honest, efficient, knowledgeable. Response time: immediate! I very highly recommend ... I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

Charlie is an expert in his field! Incredibly honest, fair, friendly and knows his stuff. I called him for an issue with my water pressure and he came out to do an evaluation and resolved the issue. He didn't try and push a more expensive hardware repair and made an adjustment to my tank pressure to resolved the issue. I'm Incredibly happy with his service and wish more businesses operated like Charlie and Northeast Well!
