I took 2 quartered deer to be processed. Time frame was accurate. I haven't cooked/eaten any of the processed meat yet other than the summer sausage and pepperoni snack sticks.

Summer Sausage (I just got summer with cheese). VERY GOOD

Snack Sticks were good but I need to try them before eating summer sausage, summer sausage was so good I think it left a little to be desired on the snack sticks.

Processing fees are very reasonable. They will also gut your deer for you for an extra $20.

I do have a couple complaints

1. Cooler was not cleaned out upon picking up meat.

2. The cubed and b-fast sausage packages are less than 1lb while the ground is well over a pound.

3. I droppeded off 2 inner lions and only got back 1/2 of 1.

Top notch deer processing. Friendly, accommodating staff that took the time to review pricing and gave spot-on estimate for completion. The meat was well packaged/labeled and the amount was consistent with the size of the deer. Most importantly, the meat was of good quality, in terms of grind and taste. Absolutely no gaminess and the medium-spiced breakfast sausage was medium-spiced. I highly recommend and will use them again.

Just got back a deer from Mr North. This is the best sausage i have ever gotten from a processor. The grind is perfect. And the flavor is spot on. Not a bit of game tast. I will defiantly bring my other deer to norths. I will be asking for more sausage next time. Now i have to thaw some cube for dinner.

Real good place to get deer processed. Been doing business with him for years. Always pleased with the work they do. They keep the area where they cut the meat up and process it very clean. All the equipment is torn down and cleaned and sterilized every night.

North’s is an excellent place to get your wild game processed. The staff is always friendly and helpful when deciding what cut to select during processing. The turn around time is also very fast compared to other processors. We highly recommend them to everyone we know!
