While the front office staff is good, the nurse practitioners are great.
Their accounting staff keeps playing games and trying to back bill me. This got to a point where they refused services until fully paid. Which they did get fully paid. And I was told so, and allowed to be seen.
Then I show up on the next visit and again get another bill for services. And another refuse of services until its fully paid. Which I was told I was fully paid up on the last time. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I paid and was seen. It's always something with them on billing.

I'd give this place a 1 star if the front office staff or practitioners where not so good.

So be careful and keep receipts for service.

We have had great experiences with the entire NovaSpine team. We have had the privilege of working with Dr. Clifford Baker and his exceptional nurse Shauna Papa, RN for almost 7 years now. Lately, we have been working with Annabel Slovek, and wish her well in California! We had our first visit with Mynon Mitton and are excited to be working with such a caring and thorough professional. The front office staff is also amazing, and make booking appointments and getting messages to providers in a timely manner a seamless experience. I highly recommend NovaSpine Pain Institute to all!

With Annabelle leaving the practice, I had my first appointment with my new provider, Mynon. I am so happy to say that she surpassed any expectations! Mynon was very welcoming, approachable and she really listened. As we were discussing my next cervical injection she understood my anxiety -assuring me the continuity of care provided by everyone at NovaSpine. While I will miss Annabelle, I believe Dr Baker hit a home run with my new provider. Thank you all for making it possible for me to participate and not just sit on the sidelines. Couldn't do it without you & your exceptional team always reaching that high bar that you have established.

Nova Spine is great in helping you manage your pain. I’m sure everyone has their favorite doctor that they see here, but my personal favorite is Samantha (Sam) she’s always looking for the best solutions for my ongoing pain. Rather it be my knee, legs, hip, or back she’s on top of anything possible to try and fix me. The staff in the area for epidurals & more are extremely friendly, and my favorite gal there is (Man I’m drawing a blank) but I really, really like her! She has lovely energy, and joyful smiles that always brighten my day, even at 7:00 am in the morning.
Considering I’ve had several procedures done, you would think I would have her name memorized by now 😂 Next time I’m definitely going to pay attention closely, and stick her name into my forgetful mind, because she definitely deserves recognition 🥰

Nova Spine is always there for there patients.
Patient care is there first objective.
Dr. Clifford Baker is in the top 1% of pain management doctors. Dr. Baker is never too busy to address a patient concern.
The office staff are wonderful. They answer and return calls faster and better than any other doctor’s offices I’ve currently see.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Malayil and his team. They have helped me through a tough journey leading up to hopefully my last neck surgery. Dr. Malayil and his team have helped me manage my pain and helped my Surgeons pin point the area of concern.
