Was going there for years and have many shirts from them with embroidery for work.
Recently went in and the lady didn’t even let me finish and just said it’s a 15 minimum not even asking what I needed. (I was hoping for 10, but could of done more)
I said that must be a new policy as you guys have done smaller batches in the past, if you look I’m in your system. She said nope 15 minimum always…. I said ok should I just take my business elsewhere and she said ok and I walked out…..
I understand if it’s now a 15 minimum but you should at least work with me a little bit and not be so abrasive.

The service at NovelTees is fantastic. I have been using their services (both screen printing and embroidery) for at least 10 years. I would not take my business anywhere else. Both Connie ( the owner) and Kristi are willing to work with design and will also handle small orders. The quality of the polos, t shirts and sweatshirts is outstanding.

I gave them a logo in differant sizes. Perfectly shaped. The lady made the circle in my logo an ovel shape. When I pointed it out. She said the letters look good.I kept pointing out that this is a circle and not an oval. That I wanted them redone. She refused. She refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend this shop. If they scew something up. They will refuse to fix it. I paid in advance. Poor customer service.
