Thanks to NY City Iron Works our backyard oasis is finally complete. We love the second-level deck with a straight staircase (no more awkward spiral staircase), playground for the kids (swings under the deck), and fruit trees blossoming. Thank you for building a wonderful and beautiful deck. We wish we would have called NY City Iron Works sooner.

Fred and his team are very professional and courteous. The communication was clear from beginning to end, and they were very responsive to any questions my wife and I had. The deck was built efficiently and quickly.

I will be working with Fred and his team again soon on the front fence and a special iron enclosure for the compost bin.

We hired NY City Iron Works to replicate the railing we have in the front of our house and install it on a newly built stone landing at the back of the house. A miscommunication stalled the project, but there was never any tension or renegotiation. Fred and his team were back a week later with a beautiful recreation of our railings and the installation was meticulously handled. Everyone who works at NY City Iron Works is a super talented craftsman. I recommend this company without reservation.

We have nothing but praises for Fred and his team at NY City Iron Works Corp! They were extremely professional and most of all respected our home. They made sure our floors were protected when walking inside, and left the work area spotless after finishing. Our new deck looks amazing, and the attention to detail for the finishing touches was top notch! We never felt lost during the project because Fred outlined everything that was going to happen, and during the construction the team kept us abreast of everything they were doing. The project was finished very quickly. When getting varios quotes we chose Fred and his team because of the sheer professionalism and ease to work with. I am very lucky to have found NY City Iron Works Corp. I needed window grills, and I had very specific requirements for them: they had to be lightweight, removable and yet attractive - I didn't want a jailhouse look.

Owner Fred was extremely patient with me, and willing to spend time talking things through with me in order to understand my needs. He allowed for quite a bit of discussion until I was finally ready to choose the materials that I wanted. He was even willing to speak with me late in the evening from his home.

Fred's team completed and expertly installed the grills within just a few weeks of my order. And in the end, I'm very happy with the window grills because they enhance the security of my home in a functional and attractive way - and they look great.

I will work with NY City Iron Works on my next project because they are caring professionals who show integrity by their excellent fabrication, installation and service.

They came to our home, gave us great ideas on what we could do with the space and then gave us a great price. The installation only took 1 day which was amazing!!
