Absolutely horrible experience with printing services. I have a homeschool curriculum that I bought through the website Teachers Pay Teachers. They said they can’t print it because if they print it, ownership of this document is transferred to them which makes absolutely NO sense. I went rounds and rounds. I gave them a “allowed to print” document that came with my download but they refused. They don’t understand copyright law.

Worst customer service. No staff to help print. General manager refused to help print and was complaining people don’t work these days. Rude, completely unprofessional and no help.

I went in and there were two staff members standing at the front. I was the only customer in the store. They told me they were short staffed and unable to print my file (that had six pieces of paper in it). They literally have a “print in 20 minutes” promo all over their website…

Very convenient for printing but the whole thing has gone down hill. Self serve print never prints a quality product, staff try to guilt trip you into donating to whatever charity is on the screen and persist when you say no, and staff at the front register treat you like a criminal when you walk out with product that was purchased at the print center.
Cashier rudely eyes you up and down and goes “can I HELP you?” As you try to leave. After you tell her you already paid for the product, and after hearing the print center already radioed “a customer has paid with me and is leaving” she proceeds to still eye you up and down and act as if she just ate a lemon.

There’s other local print shops that will happily take your business and not treat you like a criminal.

Alex at the print shop is amazing. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable as we discussed options for printing some programs and remembrance cards for my grandmother's funeral. His kindness made a tough week a lot easier, and the programs and cards are really beautiful thanks to his help.

It was a short trip for a planner, and I found some kcups needed, as well as batteries, and then came across a nice planner. Markus, the sales manager, was super nice and used a black Friday coupon, in addition to offering me a bottle of water! Great customer service. Thank you!
