I received poor video shots for my project in which I brought to Tay attention. I worked with him once before which his work was fair (good enough for Tiktok), but this time it turned out Horrible!

I asked to reshoot the video and I was told I have to rebook/pay more. The video(s) movements were not centered, nor did the video move with the artists (cutting the artists off or not following their movements at all).

I suggested (to be fair), if he does the edits and the quality is still poor/no improvement, that we need to reshoot free of charge. He stated 'I do not shoot for free'. Not willing to correct his error or help.

He states he brought the wrong lens to the shoot and since I didn't allow him to direct my video shoot, it falls on me and it's my fault. Keep in mind this is my project, and he knew what I wanted/needed for over a week, and still failed to bring the proper equipment.

Be aware! Poor video quality, money hungry, and most importantly poor customer service.
