Love this feed store so much! I’ve been going here for years and years. Only time I frequent anywhere else is on a Sunday in an emergency. They are all so wonderful. Jackie is one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. Always caring and so helpful. She’s gone out of her way numerous times for me in an emergency when I’ve needed medicine for my livestock. She’s left her home and met me at the store a couple times too. I can’t say enough. Rick is wonderful too! Very helpful. I can see why the reviews are so good! Nothing beats shopping at a local family owned store! See you guys later today!

The ONLY place we buy farm supplies from is Olsen’s Grain! Not only do we love supporting our local businesses, but we KNOW the quality of what they’re selling here isn’t like the big corporate stores (you know who they are ?). We have had so many help from your staff, particularly the manager of your chino Valley location. He’s incredible & has helped us newbie farmers become better! We will always have happy animals & support you guys as long as you are around!

I absolutely love Olsen's and the entire staff. They have been with us since the beginning when I had no idea what I even needed for these brand new animals. Now I feel like going in is visiting with old friends. We could have switched to delivery a long time ago with the amount of hay we go through weekly, but I would miss coming in to say hi!

Olsens Dewey Team provides a warm and caring atmosphere with great customer service. We love being greeted with a smile from Rick Thomas and his team, as we pick out dog treats and Bristol's favorite icecream at the counter. They are prompt with loading our trailer with straw bails and generous with giving back to our local communities. Thank you Dewey Team! So blessed to have your business in our town. The WHOLE crew is fantastic !!

We have a big animal crew with visits weekly ! Even when I’m trying to find the best dog food and switch brands , they don’t blink and eye at my requests . Best feed store in town !

Very very rude service more than once. The manager actually called me rude after pointing out a mistake 5 times on one transaction. The chicken feed had mold 3 different times & when I poited it out they said it's because where they store it that it gets wet. They NEVER Reimbursed their mistakes. The manager in the Dewey store is rude. She sat back behind her glass window giving me dirty looks. Twice she was rude to the poor girls who work there. She throws her job title around like she's something. And all I asked for was an apology when she was wrong. I said an apology can go a long way. She was to Rude to apologize so the girl in the back room came out & apologized. She intimidates the poor young girls whovwork there. She is No Role Model & I would drive a hundred miles before I shop there out if convenience ever again. The guys in the back & all the other people are good & kind and even when they were waiting on me in the past "J" has butt her nose in. She is Beyond Rude.

You'll never meet nicer, more helpful people than at Olsen's. We stopped in the other day and explained we were trying to trap a lost cat. Luke gave us some excellent advice that allowed us to trap the cat! I can't say enough good things about these people.
