My service tech was Kevin and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I ask a lot of questions and he was very patient and informative. I felt like he was really honest and not just trying to convince me to get extra services to spend more money. He did a great job getting everything fixed and cleaned and I can’t recommend him enough!

Sean was very helpful! He came in and quickly diagnosed the problem and was quick to test and verify that our furnace actually worked. He then gave some preventative guidance as well as talked through some steps my husband had already done. Great service without trying to push a new furnace to fix a $400 problem. Will absolutely use him again in the future!

Travis and his crew + 5 trucks & box vans spent approximately 8 hours with us installing new heating, cooling, & heat pump with all the latest add-ons to keep our household healthy & clean. Every service visit spring & fall we ask "How close are we to needing a new system?" This year we were told probably 2-3 years, but knowing how the economy is changing and our future expenses for we chose to bite the bullet now, Mike was great at explaining our options and got us scheduled in 2 weeks time. I've been a customer since approximately 2002 and insisted we continue using One Hour when we built our new home in 2012.

(This is my husband's old voice mail. It should say "Roland"). Dillon Sorensen was friendly, professional, thorough and went above and beyond to help me and to explain everything in a way I could understand. He also outlined choices and alternatives explaining pros and cons.
Francesco, the technician, also went above and beyond to sort out what was wrong with my heating/cooling system and give me a good idea of the condition of the system and its function and what was probably needed both temporarily and long term and probable outcome depending on my decisions.
I was very favorably impressed with both of the! and would highly recommend your company. Btw, Congratulations on your Founders Day Anniversary!
Kirby installed our a/c unit and did a great job, being professional and friendly. He made sure to explain to me how to use the system and encouraged me to call them right away if I had any questions. He and his team worked within the time frame promised and were clean and careful. We’ve been having One Hour service our HVAC system for as long as I can remember. They always do a great job! Cost is reasonable, & they show up when they say they will. They are very professional. I wish everybody ran their businesses the way these guys do!

Sam did a great job. He was informative and very professional. I set the appt at 630a and Sam was in my house only a couple hours later. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The overall experience was more than I could have expected, leaving me no reason to look elsewhere for service in the future. Best case scenario.

Francisco did a great job! From the minute he arrived he was very customer focused and listened while we explained our issue. He spent a lot of time digging in to figure out what was going on. He replaced the board and made sure things were working and we were satisfied before he left. He even said we could call him if we had issues or questions. That gave us peace of mind!
