Optimum Builders came through for us when we were finishing our bathroom remodel. Nick and his crew are so knowledgeable about tile, drywall, stone countertops—but especially woodwork. Because they are so organized they quickly assessed what needed to be completed. Using skilled techniques to help cabinets fit properly and stone counters blend seamlessly really showed in the finished work. They paid attention to detail and took time to caulk and paint edges so that our bathroom looks beautiful at close inspection. Nick also built and installed a custom frame around our mirror to update and coordinate with our vanity. If you have a project Optimum builders has the ability to deliver quality finishes.

Nick and his team were amazing! Very friendly and eager to please. We drew a rough photo of what we wanted and he nailed it. He was so busy at the time but did not take on another commitment until our project was finished. That did not happen with some of our other sub- contractors.
Nick was extremely careful not to damage the hardwood floors, walls and woodwork as he worked on our house.
He was so friendly and considerate— you can tell he is a man that was raised well.
We would give Nick the highest rating possible (and we’re picky?)!!!!!!!

We hired Nick & team to redo all the trim, casing and interior doors in our home. After either getting ignored by other builders and getting a few outrageous quotes, we were fortunate to find Optimum Builders through a recommendation.

Nick is responsive, personable and incredibly easy to work with. Marc oversaw the majority of the project and made the process super easy on my husband and I (who were both working from home the entire time). He checked in with us daily, ensured everything was up to our satisfaction and most importantly didn't cut any corners. In particular, Marc did an incredible job on finishing our stairs, from demoing the old railing, to cutting the wall down, to finishing it cleanly and precisely so it is ready for a metal railing install. It was very clear that the entire Optimum team are incredible carpenters- their attention to detail is second to none.

The crew also may be the most respectful folks we've ever had work on our house. Not only are they a true pleasure to be around, but they did an excellent job cleaning up daily. If you've ever had any work done on your house- you know how exhausting it can be to clean up after people day after day. With a project that lasted about three weeks, it never once happened with Optimum Builders. We honestly never felt inconvenienced.

We are so pleased with the finished product- new trim & doors has elevated our 1990's house to 2020! We couldn't recommend Optimum Builders enough- thank you Nick, Marc, Joey & Fernando!
