Everyone is SO nice here. Activities every day. You can work out, swim, play games like bingo and bunco or just relax.

My friend from out of State, my husband & I went to this place to view the new models. Went to the office up on the hill at Sarah Jane road to find out where to look at models. We wanted to maybe buy in there two (2) new homes! That is not a drop in the bucket!! We first go in to the office, not the sales office, to get info! The women was on the phone so we looked around. Went in finally to talk to her. Friend was asking questions, she happened to mention her age of 67 & this dark haired women from CA, who has lived there for 10 years & works in the office, said & is this your Mom? I was pissed that this ignorant women would say something like this to people who are considering dropping 100's of thousand of dollars in this park to buy homes. If you are smart you wouldn't buy there or park your RV's there. These people are simply rude, after looking around realize this place is a not worth the money & really is a dump. They say they are a friendly group, maybe the people that come & stay there, because they do not know anything different but the staff sucks.

An excellent place to live if you are 55+. Lots of fun stuff to keep you busy in your retirement years.

It also has the best RV park in Prescott and Prescott Valley.

Clean, well managed park. I stayed two nights in a RV site. Pull thru. Picnic table with a privacy fence. Very quiet other than road noise from 69. Showers/rest room was spotless

We stay at the RV sites often. They have nice clean sites with plenty of room, picnic tables and a wind/privacy fence. However over the years, many of the sites have developed ruts, some have deep holes (from jack pads) and are getting uneven.

Very nice park! Lots of trees, friendly residents, and safe environment. Some of the staff can be
short and patronizing, but most of the staff are friendly. You just need to know who to talk to, I
guess...lol
