Docks are at the back of building so take right from valley blvd and left at russells street.Docks are bit tight but have enough safe for making angle.Make sure to slide the tandems all the way back.Fast loading.Will you load you in 15-20minutes.

The shipping and receiving area is in the back of the building the address brings you to the front of the building however there is a little alleyway in between the car wash and the building where you can park for the night unless it's occupied by homeless then you won't find any spots nearby your clothes is bad will be about 11 mi away everything else is enforced around the city and the fine around 200 bucks a little bit of a tight back in with all the extra stuff in the parking lot but it's doable just make sure you watch your doors when you're back in into the doc the doc is very tight.

Went to pick up a load there. About 45 minutes later, they knocked on my door, said they were done, and handed me my bills.

Apparently, there was an oversight because they failed to load all of the product onto my truck. Rather than taking responsibility for their screw up, they told the consignee that I refused to let them load everything because I was "in a hurry."

I have had loads that took 8 to 10 hours to complete. I am not trying to rush out of there in just 45 minutes. Any business dishonest enough that they would potentially jeopardize someone else's employment, rather than own up to their own mistake, is not worth doing business with.

Fast unload. Very nice employees. Tight docking area, but very doable. This place is in the cut back in a key whole. Check Google map satellite view so you don't pass the building and have to drive miles around the block.
When you come off the freeway make a rt at the light and a left on the first street.

Tricky to find. If you’re using a truck Garmin GPS it’s further down on the right then where it will say you arrived. You should see what appears to be a driveway , O’Tasty building and sign behind some trees on right, but it’s a two way street for O’Tasty. Turn there cause the building will be on your left-still keep going to end of street. Could park there to check in. I did. Got here one hour early and they took me in. The street in front of truck now will actually be a court. You will have to use that to back into dock. A little tight. But nothing I’m not use to in SoCal.

Hard to find if your otr driver. Docks around back. Suggest turn right at light then first left around I think was a Carl's Jr. People are nice n simple easy to understand. Unloaded a partial in 10 minutes. Impressive for a reefer load.

Nice staff, good service, only take 15 minutes to unload . I have appointment on 30 dec but they took one day before.
