Otero Construction LLC did a wonderful job today at my home repairing a significant roof leak and the damage it caused to my garage ceiling. From my initial call to this family-owned, local business of Tom and Carla Otero, I was met with professionalism, promptness, kindness, a fair price, and great communications. So, let me start by saying, if you are thinking about a kitchen or bath remodel, prepare to be patient. Don't go into it thinking it will be a perfectly smooth overnight event. That being said, I cannot say enough good things about Otero Construction! Tom and Carla are very responsive and very attentive to detail. We gutted our entire galley-style kitchen and also, re-modeled our master shower. Our house is 25 years old and was in desperate need of a face-lift. The Oteros had great suggestions, they listened to what I wanted and, they did the work in a timely fashion! The end results are gorgeous! Were there a couple of delays? Were there some minor issues to adjust? Sure. But Tom and Carla and their crew were honest and eager to meet our needs! It is very hard to find a reliable contractor in SWFL these days. But if you choose Otero Construction you will be so pleased with your choice!! They are very dependable and trustworthy and the cost of our remodel was extremely fair!

I had Otero Construction Come to my house in Naples Fl to check out my skylight. After inspection they said everything was fine no leaks or need to replace . I offered to pay for a service call but they said it was a free estimate. They were very nice and friendly and I would use them again .

Hands down Otero Construction is my go to phone call for all repairs etc. They are prompt, professional and always do an outstanding job. I highly recommend them. They have installed new stairs, a new roof and done numerous repairs to my house. They are reasonable and I am never disappointed. They are a quality company. Give them a call.

Saw this company mentioned on Nextdoor. Called about a leak from one of our vent pipes in the laundry room. Tom came out later that same day and gave me a quote and said they could get the work done the next day. They were out here the next day to fix the leak in the roof, then the following couple of days to touch up the sheetrock in the laundry room which had water damage. Good work, professional and quick. I would use them again.
