Very good place, I really loved this store, it has everything, it is very well located, it is an excellent store to buy bicycle parts and accessories... the service was very good, they couldn't help me with my issue but they assisted me in everything, great place so if you are in the area this is your place.

This shop is awesome. We had three flats in a group on Flint Hills Trail and John drove 22 miles to meet us and help us with repairs fixing our bikes in Casey’s parking lot. He brought a rack, tubes, spare supplies for us and he even texted us three hours after to make sure we were ok. The service attitude of the shop and of John were outstanding and we appreciate them very much. If you are in the area support this shop. Buy a bike, shirt, supplies…..support a fantastic small business. Thank you John and Ottawa B&T

If you’re into bikes and in Ottawa, this is a must stop. The shop has a good atmosphere, plenty of bikes and all the essentials to go with them. If you like coffee or disc golf, this is a good stop for you too. Awesome ownership and a knowledgeable staff makes this a top notch local bike shop!

Great place to shop and learn about bicycles! They are good at fixing them too. Great group ride and Waffles on Sat. They have the best guard dog and there is a brewery, pie shop and ice cream store just down the street. Oh, and the Prairie Spirit and Flint Hills trails are right outside their back door!
Just a new note. I cannot rave enough about their support for the riders and the service. I have bought a bike here. My brother and best friend bought an E bike here and we are all still happy campers! So glad they are still here in Ottawa. Thanks John and Jeff for your wonderful business ethic! Kelly Pinet

I'm brand new to the cycling world, so picking out a solid entry-level bike seemed a little intimating to me. However, as soon as I walked through the door Jeff put me at ease. He was incredibly friendly and professional, and answered every question I had, no matter how basic or silly it was. He helped me pick out the perfect bike and he and John had it put together that very same day! I can't thank the guys at Ottawa Bike and Trail enough for their patience and their expertise. I certainly won't be going anywhere else for anything biking related and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike or that are just getting into cycling like me.

Our organization, Mission Minded KC identified a woman with a need for a bike. We are a resource center that connects people with much needed resources. She had recently been relocated to a stable living environment, and had held her job for over 5 years. However, she had no way of getting to and from work except walking, which was a good distance on foot. Once we discovered her need, I immediately went on Next Door and posted a request for a bike. Within an hour, Jeff’s wife from Ottawa Bike & Trail contacted me and said they may have something that is suitable. Fast forward a few days later, and she has a beautifully working bike! They even gave her a helmet and bike lock! Thank you to Ottawa Bike & Trail for your generous donation that was much needed!

So this place goes beyond your typical bike shop, it's the hub of a local culture!!!

Quickly I'll cover they did a incredible job on my own and old lady's bikes services, got em in quick and out in a decent time, mine needed a bit more work than just typical and with that they were ready and eager to follow up on it and make sure it was operating completely correct. Absolutely incredible bike shop in the ways you'd expect and anticipate. Very knowledgeable and have tons of great bikes in stock to look at if your ready to upgrade. Now for the beyound part..

They operate a interesting and fun to watch YouTube channel that is well presented and educational not to mention really captivating. They do custom builds such as their Ghostbusters Ghost Grappler which is bout as cool and nostalgic as could be. They host events at very least twice weekly. The group that does the group rides is so incredibly helpful, patient and encouraging. I recently attended my first and admitted underestimated the intensity a bit, but the group helped see me through and without their support I absolutely woulda fell behind and been in a bad way alone in the backwoods.

Everything bout this shop is magnetic and electric. The guys are extremely knowledgeable, kind, welcoming, and just flat awsome. The culture and group they have build and attracted around the shop is incredible.

I really can't say enough good bout this place. Definitely worth coming and seeing in person.
