On multiple occasions I have used Outercounty Construction. I have used them for both indoor and outdoor projects. They consistently give me reasons to return for more services. . From the onset of the job to the cleanup, and the communication needed to set the job up it gets better. Workers are polite, professional, and thorough.

When Mike showed up for estimate he didn’t even have a pad to write down what I was asking for and had a helper write down some measurements on scrap paper. After 2 weeks I called to ask for an update on the estimate but one was never started. After a month i received an emailed estimate but the work I asked for was wrong on the estimate and no break downs of cost were identified, just a brief description of work to be done(which was wrong) and a number. I then emailed Greg and Jackie back with the concerns with the estimate and a break down of the job I was looking to have done. I was then told they cold not give me an estimate “at this time”. Doesn’t seem like they know how to give a accurate estimate with a break down of cost, which kinda defeats the whole point of an estimate. Be cautious of how prices are determined and be prepared to wait a long time to receive an estimate.

OCC was referred to us by a family in our area for our landscaping. I could not be happier with their service. The ladies in the office were great. They were polite and professional and had us on the schedule immediately. The guys who did the work did an amazing job, they really go the extra mile and it is obvious they take pride in their work. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you OCC for your hard work and impeccable service.

I am not happy with repairs, especially leaks, and I feel that they don't use skilled trained craftsmen. I have had recurring leaks in the same areas on the roof.
Some work needs to be redone.
