Pace Supply is "The Place" to go for your plumbing needs in Yuba City. I made the mistake of trying to solve my plumbing issue with parts and help from the big home improvement stores and was only able to come home with confusion and frustration after several attempts. It finally occurred to me to go to Pace and after one short visit life was good again! Ryan went above, beyond, and over the top to make sure my problem was solved with all the parts I needed and none that I did not need. And he did it with courtesy and a smile! Ryan, Perry and all of the people in the office and the warehouse are some of the nicest, most professional and most knowledgeable people you could ever hope to meet while discussing toilets or drains (or even the weather if you're into that sort of thing)! And in case you are wondering, I unreservedly recommend Pace Supply in Yuba City for your plumbing needs!!!

I called to see if they had a thermostatic mixing valve for my solar water heater install. The front desk person was very polite and transferred me to one of “the guys” in the back to further help me find the part I needed. I was on hold for less than 15 secs Chris answered my call i told him what I needed and said he did not have one in stock, but he could have one the next morning by 7am. Mind you i called at around 1pm! The price was exactly what the cheapest website sold it for online! I went there today and they had my valve waiting for me. I asked a few questions and he could clearly tell i was not a plumber by trade. He explained to me in plain English what I should do and he also saved me a trip to HD by telling me i needed some other fittings for my installation. Staff was very friendly and left as a happy customer and will be back for sure! I never leave reviews but these guys deserve one! Thank you Yuba city Pace!

Was told a part to fix my shower would take less than a week to come in, and that they would call me when it was in. I called two weeks later and asked about it, they said it wasn’t in. Then I re called after a month and they said it came in shortly after it was ordered. A whole month of waiting for nothing, because the first gentleman didn’t look hard for it sitting on self.
