This PakMail store provides superior service. My clients likes to ship their clothes ahead in lieu of carrying suitcases through the terminals when traveling. Pakmail carefully packs them all in wardrobe-sized cardboard box or considerately folds them in an appropriate sized container, and makes sure the garments arrive in a timely manner for a reasonable fee. Highly recommended for the traveler that rather not deal with the carousels and fees at the airport check-in desk. Plus, this PakMail has very convenient, dedicated parking.

I contacted Pak Mail to arrange to have them ship an outboard motor. I live on the west coast and needed somebody to pick up the engine, take it to a boat shop, have the fluids drained, build a crate, secure the motor, and have it shipped to Bellingham, Washington. Phil took care of me like a champ and I received my motor within a couple weeks. Although the shipment and service cost more than the old motor, I saved thousands of dollars over the price of a new outboard. I recommend Pak Mail and would use their services again. Totally professional from start to finish.

I cannot say enough positive things about Pak Mail in West Hartford. I dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon. I have used Pak Mail in the past and they have been polite and helpful. Today, I had a return for a small package and needed to purchase a box. The charge was $18. When I asked them why it was so expensive, they said because they include "peanuts" and because if I did it myself I would not save much. I find their fees and answer unfortunate and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been doing business with PakMail for a few years. Excellent service, good rates.
