We are very pleased with our new roof installed by Panda Construction. From the start with an estimate to the completion of our new roof we had excellent communication with Panda. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The project took 3 days to complete. At the end of each day a clean up was done. Everyone on the job was very respectful to us and our property. We are grateful to find a trustworthy company to replace our roof. Job well done Panda!

Everything that had to do with the office, calls, returned calls, estimate (Juan), scheduling - etc, was very good / excellent.
Workers arrived on time and were cordial.
However, when they left I realised that one section of the roof was not repaired. I called immediately, they returned and fixed that part.
My concern , what if I did not see that defect?
I am concerned that Panda does not have a quality control - send someone to check the work, particularly after paying a substantial sum of money for such a repair.

Hands down could not ask for a better company to work with. They finished the roof a day early and I paid what I was quoted. No games. Corey in their office kept me in the loop for every step of the process. Their crews are extremely nice and very respectful of personal property.

Panda Contractors was very accommodating.
They were able to take care of a problem with my house trim being destroyed by woodpeckers by replacing trim with non porous material that woodpeckers don’t like. Everyone was thorough neat and professional.

Choose Panda to install the most wonderful walkin shower in my Palm Bay home. They were wonderful to deal with. The technition was excellent in skills and a great person. Always courteous and thoughtful from start to finish. Prompt with when he said he would here. Had a few glitches and they bent over backwatds rectifying them. Can't praisd them enough.
