Any company willing to publicly support one political party and put down another, deserves to lose the customers from the other party. Didn't appreciate your Anti-Israel post. I've been shopping at Andy's at your meat counter for years. Never thought your products were anything special, and always thought you were overpriced. Easy to be replaced with better local sources of meat.

The best meat you can get in West county, and maybe the western hemisphere. We go out of our way to buy from these people. The ingredients are ethical and wholesome and delicious. Go there and buy amazing meat with a clean conscience. It's worth the day trip up to Occidental if you live in the Bay area. If you live in Sonoma County. You really need to know about this place. These people are uncommonly good at their craft.

I am Japanese. This excellent local butcher‘s filet mignon tastes just as tasty as premium Wagyu beef filet mignon in Japan. I've been to many famous steakhouses, but I've never had such a tasty filet mignon in the U.S. I believe this butcher is really a hidden gem. Please continue to provide delicious beef.

I love this company! I get my dad an assortment of meat (sausage, burger, steaks, ect.) for Christmas every year. Last time I was home we cooked up multiple varieties of sausages and they were all GREAT! Thank you Panizzera!

Randomly pulled over committing home from bodega bay. Just stop and check them out. Got some 60-day dry aged steaks and sausages. So far the aged steaks were killer.

We have started a new tradition since moving to the River full-time a couple of years ago - a Christmas feast with fourteen pound 28 day dry aged Prime Rib from Panizzera. They are always incredibly tender and very flavorful and cooks to perfection.

We use the reverse sear method, cooking about for about 5 hours on 200 until an internal temperature of 125, take out and rest for 30 minutes. While the roast is resting, crank the oven to as hot as it will go (~500) and then sear for 8+ minutes.
