I've been a Paraco customer for over five years and am writing to say how pleased I was with the customer support I recently received from Jeanette. She was very professional, courteous and helpful when I called about pricing and getting a delivery. I was actually thinking about going to another company but overall Paraco continues to be the best deal. Paraco is always very responsive and customer focused and Jeanette is the best customer representative I've spoken with in recent memory.

We have been so very pleased with Paraco since we moved to Branford. We never had Propane before but Gerry made it all so simple and he was so knowledgeable. Now, we are moving to our forever home. I have been w Paraco for over 20 years they are top notch. I get a service contract in the Spring that locks in my price for the season. I monitor my own usage and email when I am at a quarter/third and they are out within a day or two. All inquiries are handled expeditiously and I have never had a bad experience with them. Rae in customer service is very helpful and goes the extra mile. Highly recommend.

I've unexpectedly run out gas a few times over the years, most recently on a Sunday evening. A call to Paraco hooked me up with Leo, the local delivery guy. Leo called me while en route to say that he had an emergency stop that would delay his ETA. Ok. Two hours later, I had a full tank again. That's service! Thanks Paraco.

I am extremely pleased with the installation of the propane tanks. Guys did Excellent quality work. Showed up as scheduled and were in and out. Pleasure to deal with on the phone as well. 5 stars all day long. I definately recommend making the switch.

Was told installation would be free and then received a $1000 bill. I had to call 7 times before someone basically told me too bad, read the fine print. Don't use Paraco Gas, find a reputable provider instead.

Update Jan 26, 2023. My tanks are just about empty (5%) and apparently they took me off auto delivery and were going to let me run out of heat and hot water in the middle of winter. What a terrible terrible company. I will be switching as soon as possible.
