I won't be going back.Cant even tune a bike and then charge me like they did. I just wish I had the space to work on my bike because my 5yr old nephew could have done a better job on my bike.

Getting back into biking and brought in a used bike to get tuned up and assessed by the bike tech - he was busy with another customer but took the time to acknowledge me while I waited.

Bike tech was very friendly and thorough. He provided an on the spot assessment of work needed plus recommendations based on my riding preferences and set clear expectations on cost and turnaround time.

Additionally, I was immediately greeted by the gentlemen at the front counter despite him being busy with another customer, and once he was done, asked if we needed anything while we waited for the tech.

Excellent customer service through and through. I will certainly come here for all my biking needs

They found me the right mountain bike for my price point ($735) and skill level (novice). I went in knowing very little, just said I was looking for a beginner mountain bike that wouldn’t break the bank, and voila! It seems the covid bike shortage is not so much an issue anymore. They said they have a lot of bikes in stock this year. They were very friendly and approachable, even to a rookie like me.

I had a tire tube explode during a ride, and I went to paramount for a replacement. The new tube exploded out of the tire during the next ride… Without charging me a second time, Taylor replaced the tube again, and made sure that my bike was in excellent condition. All the staff have been awesome, and I can’t recommend them enough. You get more than you pay for, and they keep me on the trails. 👍

I’ve got to say my favorite bike shop from mat su through anchorage. I’m a pretty new rider and do crazy amounts of resereach before I go out to make a purchase. Peter and the rest of the crew were super helpful and made me feel comfortable and extremely happy with my new bike purchase. Excited to rip around on my new Borealis flume gx eagle! Never even thought I’d be buying a Borealis, but this aluminum bike is light and like I said, there isn’t a better bike shop around that I have been in...

I brought my wife's Momentum eBike to Paramount after a bungee cord got wrapped around the rear hub, disabling it. She depends on the bike for her work commute to the Kenai Princess Lodge from our cabin in Cooper Landing. Bike technician Kurt assessed the damage, offered to try to repair it, but eventually found that a replacement was optimal. As none were in stock, he switched out a rear wheel from another bike in the shop, expediting the return to the bike to my wife for which she will be forever grateful. I thought the service was above and beyond what could be expected.

Awesome selection. Found the bike I wanted; they were willing to give me a little store credit to swap out bars and stem for better options. Went through everything on the bike (which any shop should do) prior to sending me out the door. Friendly staff, good conversation.
