Hey all -
Just wanted to share my experience with the team at Park Place at Fountain Hills. Mark Hemingway has put together a great group of people who really care about the residents. My mom's lived there for several years now, and she couldn't be happier. If she has any problem, she just rings the office. If it's a maintenance issue, Tim is usually involved. The guy is as professional as they come, and he resolves issues pronto. Like all of the staff, Tim is friendly and attentive. So here's a shout-out to Tim. Thanks for all you do!

Me and my husband moved in to Park Place last week. From our first contact with Allie in the office to the day we received our keys, everything has been great. Allie is fantastic and made every step in the moving process easy. We love our new home, and we can already tell how well kept this place is. Both management and maintenance seem to be a great team.

Hi, just wanted to say what a great experience I had moving into my new apartment. Allie, who was my point of contact from the first day I walked into the office to view a few different units until she handed me over the keys to my new place was fantastic. Her customer service was great. She replied to every question I had during the process quickly and efficiently. Helping to relieve any stress that usually comes with signing new leases etc. I really enjoy living here and thanks to Allie the onboarding process was very easy and enjoyable.

Maintenance staff is superb here!! We have known Tim the Maintenance Supervisor for almost five years since we moved to Park Place. Tim has always provided service with a smile and always has a positive attitude. Tim is personable, kind, respectful, consistent and always on time!!
