The Friday of Durham Fair weekend, our well pump busted and we had no running water. Anyone who lives around here knows this time of September is chaotic in town and the surrounding area, but the team at Parmelee was there to help that morning. We are so grateful for their help and recommendations! We highly recommend them as someone who's great to work with and super knowledgeable.

Was referred to Parmalee pumps from a friend and they did not disappoint. Communicated well, got to my home promptly with a no water situation and diagnosed my situation and got me up and running in a few hours. Even left me with half a dozen water filters for the future!!!!

My well water system stopped working last Monday evening. Jeff and Nick were at my home early Tuesday morning without caring about the snow and freezing rain. They were able to investigate and the repair the problem- again having to work outside in the snow and freezing rain. These people are so kind and responsive. I have used this company for many years and would recommend the without hesitation.

Sadly, guys of this caliber, experience, honesty, and moral fiber are a dying breed, but I'm grateful to have spent an afternoon with them while they replaced my dead well pump (on the same day), and educated me in the process.

So thankful that Parmelee Water Systems were able to come help me within 24 hours of lightening hitting my house. They were able to come out the next morning, figure out the issues quickly and make the fix to the well/pump. Very honest and hard working men, would highly recommend!

I lost water at the house last night. I trouble shot the issue to either the switch or the well pump. After being a bunch of phone calls. I found a guy named Jeff Parmelee who could come out and help. He trouble shot the problem and found a broken wire in the well. The person who installed the pump never taped the wire to the pump pipe and the wire was rubbing against a hose clamp. Jeff and company fixed the issue and saved the day. I would highly recommend Jeff if you ever have a well issue, not only did he fix my well pump but he made a friend. Thank you Jeff and Daryl!

You could not have a better experience with any company! You have heard the expression too good to be true? This is the exception, they are efficient, professional, and never will charge for something you don’t need.

Jeff and the guys just updated my whole well system. I have to say of the home improvements they were some of the easiest to deal with. Came out when he said and did a nice clean job. Would definitely recommend if you need well work done.
