Pascoe is a wonderful staffing agency, Lori in particular is an amazing person and extremely helpful! She got in touch and set a meeting with me very quickly after I applied. Working with Lori at Pascoe has been awesome to say the least. Highly recommended. True professionals who are friendly and easy to work with. I spoke with Nancy Wilson over the phone about an online job posting, set up a short interview at her office, and the ball was rolling. She was very thorough and informative; I was well-prepared for the interview with a company I have long-desired to work for, and also had a great sense of what the position and expectations are.

Nancy was very communicative and clear about everything from compensation and payroll, to next steps and a starting date. Being so well-informed inspires you to be your best for the company interview, and not all staffing companies are the same.

Nancy and Lori also did a great job of qualifying both myself and the company to make sure it would be a good fit, and I'm sure they both do that with everyone based on their professional approach.

It was a very smooth process all the way through, and Nancy provided accurate timelines, from the duration of the company interview, to how quickly the onboarding process happens. In less than a week, Nancy submitted my resume, set up an interview, and helped me secure the job offer I was hoping for.
