I am traveling with my 2021 Ford Ranger equipped with a mounted camper from Quebec (Canada). I stopped at Ford Peso Robles so that a mechanic can check a noise that my engine makes when I ask it for power while going uphill. I arrived unexpectedly and without an appointment. The gentleman at the service office agreed to see if a mechanic could check my truck and they made a small place in their schedule. The staff was nice and helpful. I enjoyed my experience and if this dealership serves all of its customers as I was served, it is a very good company. For that quick check they charge me nothing. I let some tips for the mecanic and thanks again the gentleman at the service desk.

He listened to what we wanted, he helped us try out multiple trucks until we found one that we fell in love with. My car broke down on a Friday during a busy and very stressful time. Greg in service was absolutely wonderful, calm and professional as I panicked.
Although they were busy that day, him and his tech, also Greg, made a huge effort to start diagnosing the problem. In the end, parts needed to be ordered so all I could do was wait. Then kept me updated, reassured and patient with my indecisiveness and questions.
They rushed my car to me and I'm so grateful to them!
