Hurricane Ian did terrible damage to my home. My first hurricane experience here in Florida, and I had no idea how to begin cleaning water out of my home. Patriot Construction's crew took care of everything. They had to take my drywall and insulation out. They even hauled all my wet furnishings and appliances away. I was impressed at how fast the men worked, and when they turned on the drying fans, I felt a sense of relief. They even photographed the damages for my insurance company. A tree fell on my home last year during the hurricane.I was living in the half that still had a roof. Patriot came in and advised me that it was not safe and helped me find somewhere for me and my family to go (they supplied us with diapers and formula due to our store all being closed) while they fixed my roof and replaced all the trusses that were broke. The house was soaked and I lost most of my walls. Patriot dryed my home and made sure there was no mold. I did not not even have to pack my belongings they did it for me. PATRIOT is so family oriented and I will keep their number on speed dial just in case I beed them again image never had a company care for me and my family as if we were theirs. The Patriot team severely dented my 2 yr old dryer with no appology or reimbursement. Your team helped themselves to drinks from our garage. You stopped responding to messages and phone calls after demo (early January) so left us searching for someone to finish the job. Then you put a lien on my home even though you were paid by our insurance company within 30 days. 30 days!!!!!!

Rebuttal: Our records and the records of our insurance company indicated the bill was paid before the lien was placed on our property.

In response to the "Owner" - you must have us confused with another customer. I had confirmation from our insurance that our bill was paid for the deconstruction, within 30 days. You stopped responding to text, email and phone calls so we had to hire another company to do the rebuild. I have proof of this. This company has many clients who had much worse experience than us. I know this, from conversations I had with others who used this company. STAY AWAY from this company!!!!
