I needed to have our roof replaced since it had been 15 years. The insurance folks surely did not make it easy but Patriot Roofing (especially Lee Ann) was super helpful, patient and was able to communicate effectively and regularly through the process to get the job done.

The team at Patriot replaced the roof and gutters at a rental property of mine. LeeAnn walked me through the process of working with insurance to make sure everything went smoothly. The onsite project manager made sure the crew had what they needed. And I’ve watched a fair number of roofing crews work before, but have never seen one that paid as much attention to detail as this one did. Very impressive. Gutter crew did a fantastic job, as well. The people at Patriot Roofing were professional, organized, and very hard working. LeeAnn, the office manager, was so knowledgeable and very kind. She answered all the questions and concerns we had and explained the whole process, including some insurance questions that I had. The roofers were back the same afternoon to pick up nails and debri that were left. If we could leave 10 stars, we would. The quality of their work was fantastic!!
