I I am currently in the early stages of water damage in my basement due to septic tank issue. Sean from Paul Davis came out the same day. This was discovered, and he and his team to include Angel and the other men have been the best and most professional people to work with for mitigation specialist. They are professional and courteous and sensitive to the stressful situation. They are on time and clean and communicate very well. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience and I look forward to working with Paul Davis as they do the remodeling. . I would recommend Paul Davis to anyone who asked.

During the holiday season we had a pipe burst in our attic. This caused damage to my hardwood flooring and finished basement.

Paul Davis came out on a Friday night and immediately jumped in to help. They were communicative and professional throughout the entire process and I’m so thankful for their help.

Special thanks to Sean, Spencer and their teams. They went out of their way to help my family and I get back into our home before the holiday and they literally saved Christmas. Thanks guys!!

Scott with the Mitigation team at Paul Davis in southeastern CT is absolutely fantastic!! Despite having a very frustrating water damage claim and dealing with insurance, Scott and his entire team at Paul Davis made the experience seamless and much easier than anticipated. His team was professional and so tidy! They packed up and moved out our tenants' property into a POD, completed their work in a timely manner with seamless communication, and moved the items back in. When we had a contractor for the repairs fall through, Scott and his team went over and above and all put their heads together to send us recommendations for another contractor to help finish our project immediately. I have appreciated having Scott lead the Paul Davis Restoration Mitigation Team on our project! Thanks to them our repairs were able to be done quickly.

It was the first time we have ever had to file a claim with our homeowners insurance and our insurance recommend Paul Davis. We are so happy that we went with their recommendation!! From start to finish Spencer the adjuster from Paul Davis calmed our fears and guided us through the process step by step, he answered all of our questions ( even on the weekend and after hours) and went above and beyond for us as homeowners. The professionalism he exhibited truly put us at ease and are grateful that a company like Paul Davis has such a professional and knowledgeable employee in Spencer. Paul Davis sub-contracts out for all their jobs. The sub-contractors are always late, do not communicate clearly with customers, and do poor quality work. When employees of Paul Davis do the job the work is fantastic. However, 90% of work is sub-contracted out and every single sub-contractor who worked in my home did poor quality work and was late to every appointment. I would not recommend this company. It took over two months for my home to be repaired. I could have done the work myself in two weeks.

I would recommend Paul Davis restoration. Everyone involved in my kitchen repair was courteous, professional, from the home cleaners, painters and carpenters , the whole team of dedicated employees did an amazing job. There was good communication and everyone worked around my crazy work/ sleep schedule.
