I have had Sierra do several jobs for me this year and have been working withTodd. He has been very helpful and professional. He always returned my phone calls. No one likes dealing with construction companies and we've all heard horror stories, but it was a pleasure dealing with Todd. All the work was well done (house painted, ramp, shower repairs, door widened). By the way, they are vendors for the State of Florida and do ADA modifications.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all; they took the job and then turn around and give it to somebody else, Joe, who represent this company doesn’t really care who does the job, I have them remodeled my shower and they refused to replace damaged studs, stating it was too much work; it was out of my hands to stop them working at my house, I have a disabled son and we needed the shower fix, which was paid by the state of Florida; is very frustrating that this big companies take advantage of the system because they charged way too much for just shower, not even the whole bathroom; I took pictures while the job was in process and have to put my foot down and fight for them to do the job the way it supposed to be. They tried to get me to take a tile and shower head that I didn’t like, of course, they picked inexpensive material, after they charge around $14,000.00 for the job!! which I didn’t take. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all and I hope Mr Sierra read this comment.

Way above normal change orders.
Quality below normal. They have some subpar upper management. Management doesn’t understand construction standards.
