In 2018 we used their services, we stopped using their services almost effectively immediately as they were not a good fit for us. Now, in 2025, I have been getting bills from “PPT” for $100 a month…no phone number, business name, representative, support number etc. is on their invoice. Upon digging into OLD paperwork, I was finally able to find a business name that I could google in order to find some type of phone number. Even crazier is the representatives that have came in trying to gain our business back but have done nothing to help resolve this. Very shady in the way they operate, especially with the lack of contact detail and business name on their invoice, although i’m sure this was done on purpose!
