I used Payroll Ease for the duration of my business (9 years) and very much enjoyed working with them. Other payroll companies attempted to win me over but none of them could offer the personal attention and customer service that Payroll Ease provides. At P.E. I spoke with the same people year after year and received one-on-one prompt attention, and incredible support. Most recently I had an issue come up with a government program even though my business has been closed for a year. I’m not often as insulted or offended by someone as I was speaking with Jack (owner) recently. I recently purchased a business and PayrollEa$e was providing payroll services for them. He was nice enough in our initial interactions during the purchase process, but when he realized he was not going to retain the business Jack became difficult to work with and unprofessional. We already had a payroll provider we were very happy with them so unless there was a real reason to switch it didn’t make sense to use PayrollEa$e. I’m not sure why he would think being rude and difficult to work with is going to help his potential for future business, but if you’re an employer looking for payroll services you might want to look elsewhere. In fact, try Gusto…they have been great!

Village Center for the Arts has been using Payrollea$e for many years. Their customer service is awesome. Whenever I have a question, I get a prompt reply. They handle all of our payroll needs, 941 quarterlies, and any other payroll related issues. With all of the constantly updated and new rules and regulations, having Payrollea$e in my corner gives me a great relief. As a small nonprofit organization with limited staff funding, we rely on their expertise for all of our payroll needs. I submit hours for our employees and leave the rest to them. I recommend Payrollea$e to everyone.

I am blown away that it is 2021 nearly 2022 and they do not have a secure website to upload information to. That employees have to go through hoops. Send SS#'s and bank account information either through the mail or in an email neither of which are secure.
