I bought a GE dishwasher from PC Richards. This process could not have been any smoother. The sales person, John, was wonderful! He had extensive knowledge of the product and he was a pleasure to work with. On the day of delivery, they showed up on time and the install was seamless. Steven and Dan at the PC Richards store was able to get me set up with my daughter's MacBook Air. Both were courteous nice. We had a couple of issues because of the holidays, and shipping was delayed. The item I ordered was discontinued after I placed the order, but they made it right. and they were able to stick with it and get me the laptop that my daughter wanted.

I worked with Dan, he was extremely helpful. He brought us right over to this computer, took all the measurements I had, and found us the perfect microwave and hood.
