Matt is very responsive and was able to complete a HDMI port replacement for my son's Xbox Series X IN UNDER AN HOUR! Working good as new and he even offered support if any issues were to arise. Very fast and efficient. I recommend him over any brick and mortar store as most offered 3-7 days to repair the issue. Thanks again Matt!

Matt was a savior to my situation. I accidentally dumped soda all over my pc. I bought a used computer off of OfferUp. I had spare parts from the computer that got messed up. Matt was able to transfer all the parts in my new computer with ease. Took him 3 hours tops to complete the task. I am very satisfied and you could too. Day after Christmas and Matt is horribly rude over the phone. Someone needs to send him to customer service training. My husband asked for the cross streets and he asked where my husband found his store because it should show the address with an extremely rude tone. I rather spend the extra $40 at game smash getting our Ps5 fixed then keep business going for some smart mouth with a bad attitude. Matt if you read this: You need better phone manners and realize customers are the ones that keep the business going and the lights on! The neighborhood you are in, not all people around there know how to work a phone or maps. Giving cross streets when asked is the polite thing to do.
