I called during the first snow storm of the year, (over a foot of snow), left a message, they called me back the next day. Had an opening on Thursday which was the following day. (Lucky us)
He came out did a trouble shoot and recommend having the warranty people do the work. He also verified the installation was correct.
I really appreciate the time he spent and the advice he gave. Wished more people were like him! We will call them in the future when we need them.

After have 2 other repairmen tried to fix our Kitchen ade refrigerator, ice maker, mike found the problem instantly and ordered the part. It's working perfectly after a year of not making ice. Highly recommend this business. Home Depot needs to get a contract with him.

I had a VERY unsatisfactory experience with Peninsula Appliance Services.

I called Peninsula Appliance Services in February to come and repair a problem for my stove. They came out, said the problem was an easy fix, and "repaired it." My stove started to have the same problem, so when I called them again, they told me that the 30-day warranty from February had expired, so I would have to pay them AGAIN to come out and fix the same problem they were supposed to have fixed three MONTHS ago.

I truly believe they knew my problem would occur again after a few months, so they put a "band aid" on the situation so they could keep charging me for the same repair over and over. I found their customer service to be horrible, their work to be unsatisfactory, and I think the company as a whole is dishonest. I will never use their services again, and I would also advise others to not use Peninsula Appliance Services in the future.
