Check-in is a breeze. You pull up to the bar code sign and scan it. Enter your info, and like magic, you wait, and you will get a text for your door assignment. Gaurds are nice. Fairly easy backing for a good driver ? yes loading can take some time, but if you're a trucker, it comes with the territory, so get used to it. Sometimes it will be fast and sometimes it will be slow. After you are loaded, you return to the gaurd shack for your seal and paperwork. Easy as pie?

Terrible. If you're doing drop and hooks here, pickup is easy and no issues with guard shack. But with a different company this time getting live loaded. Arrived for 1:30pm appointment and hit dock by 1:30pm. Loading didn't start til about 3:30pm. The dock lights were working, went red, then stopped working completely. Went to office to check for update and mention the dock light being out. He said about 1.5hrs. Went back in because red/green light still out. The reason he gave was that "sometimes robots are slow" (I didn't see any robots, but guys running around on fork lifts).
Then he said it's only 69% loaded and gave me about another hour estimate.
Still here an hour later at 6:40pm, no green or red light, truck hasn't shook for almost 2 hours, only a couple times every 45min or so.
Avoid these guys if you're live loading. Heavy loads too. Drop and hook at the old company was a breeze though.

Well, every minute I talk to you has been super nice, but unfortunately, the late is a very long time. I was picking up an order of Gatorade and I spoke to one driver that was here for 15 hours apparently robots staged the pallets and then forklift drivers load them onto the truck so if you are coming to this facility, be prepared to wait a while hopefully you have some water and food, the bathroom is located near door 27 and they have completely Gatorade so that’s cool

By far The worst place I have ever had to pick up at. Was supposed to be a preloaded trailer. Got here at 10am was in line 2 hours and there was only three trucks ahead of me., however it wasn’t ready. Decided to live load me and now I’ve been at the dock for six hours.. this is the 3rd time I have picked up here and it happens every time. Whoever is in charge of this facility needs to be fired.

Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment only to get in line behind 30 other trucks. Took 3 hours to get checked in and assigned a door. 9 hours to load and another hour to check out for a total of 13 hours.

Do not rush to check in early.
30 min prior appointment time is ok
In and out in little over an hour,appointment for 11:30
Loaded 12:30
Got BOL and
Sealed 12:45

Well, we are not off to a good start here. Broker says 1600 appointment. I arrive at 1500. Get to the guard shack at 1530. Guard informs me I'm early. Says my appointment is for 1630 not 1600. Asked to come back at 1620. How are we supposed to navigate this cluster, pictured, to arrive 10 minutes before our appointment at the guard shack? Only reason this didn't get 1 star is because they did allow me to spin around, park and wait. I can only imagine this gets worse. Stay safe truckers.
