I'm fairly confident that we did not get the beef back that we took in. The meat stinks horribly when cooked and is complete mushy hamburger and extremely fatty. Also found black spots on steaks. Told me we got old fat Holstein but we took a red angus in. Then back peddled and said we got the red steer. So disappointed. It was a lot of money to gag on every time I cook it.
