Linn Clark has been a great help from the first time I walked into the demo house to the closing of escrow on our newly built home. She answered all of our questions and concerns along the way while supplying weekly updates and pictures of the ground breaking to being with us for the final walk thru. We couldn't of asked for a more caring and professional person than Linn.

The area of town is lovely. The building process seems fairly quick and well done. The home already feels comfortable and will fit our family well. Linn Ckark has been a tremendous sales and ongoing contact person. She faithfully sends us updates, with pictures, and quickly responds when we have questions or concerns. She has let us arrange times to come in to see the progress for ourselves. She has even arranged for me to be able to go into the house, when I just feel the need to "experience"/"relish" it. We are having a great experience!
POST SCRIPT: We closed mid December but waited until after the holidays to move in. Currently in the process of moving, but the furniture is all there. It is going to be a comfortable house for the 5 of us. We had only one concern re: lack of hot water in the two showers. I contacted Ed, the construction supervisor, who immediately arranged for a plumber to check out the problem. They both arrived quickly. It was a simple fix... just a quick change to the scald protector. We appreciated their quick response!
