Professionalism and customization made our ADU installation so easy and fun! A big big thank you to Perpetual Homes!!! For a long time we thought about building a guest home on our property to have more space to host our growing family and aging parents. We thought it might be a difficult project because the free space we have was surrounded by slopes. However, we decided it wouldn't hurt to look into prefab ADUs and after doing some research we decided to do business with Perpetual Homes. They did what we thought impossible, craning a prefabricated ADU down to our tricky site, saving us loads of money compared to stick building. They took care of every step of the way and were always very responsive with our questions and concerns. We were able to completely customize our ADU and are so happy with the final result and how easy the whole process was!

Our model from perpetual homes is stunning! We could not be happier. Kathy and her team took care of everything and made sure we didn’t lift a finger. The ADU looks beautiful and is very high quality, plus they take care of the entire process, we didn’t have to deal with any of the permitting or contractors it was all included and taken care of. And even though this will be used for my husbands parents to live in, they said that they can even assist in finding a qualified renter.

Some people have reported "Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness". In my experience, it was a total lack of professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness. If people want to dispute my claim, I can give documented proof of how Perpetual Homes have failed me in every aspect. I spent total of five hours driving to look at their model to find no one when I had a confirmed appointment two days ago. I was ready to do the business with them but they did not show up with unbelievable excuses afterward.

The model home for perpetual homes is stunning, everything is high quality with lots of room for interior customization, Kathy was extremely informative and knowledgeable and I love that they take care of the entire process, (foundation, permitting, etc..) highly recommend!
