I only put a 5 star because the consultant did a good job. But am so disappointed in Perry home because they have terrible standard options every for the pricey homes. I cannot imagine an 800k+ home with terrible standard fixtures. They have only 3 standard island and they are the worst of colors but they have more options for bathroom

We used the design center for our Empire home. Our consultant, Michelle, was incredible and the saving grace to the whole process. They only offer appointment times at 11 & 3 and no weekend appointments, which made it next to impossible for my wife (a teacher) to make the appointment. I can’t comprehend how they expect people to take time off of work to adhere to their appointment times, rather than making the process easier for the customer.

However, when we actually got to the design center, Michelle was great! She listened and understood our budget and goals, and provided great advice throughout. We are almost done with the house, and I couldn’t be happier with the selections she helped us make. We are so thankful for her!

I had two appointments for my new home design with Edna last week in Houston. First of all, I called and requested back-to-back appointments on Wednesday and Thursday as I flew from out of state, trying to save hotel costs. Charlotte scheduled them for me right away. She was so nice and squeezed me in with the time slots I requested in short notice. Edna has a lot of experience in new home design, she guided me through the whole process seamlessly, providing me her professional opinions and recommendations. She was very patient with me on my changes, again and again. I am grateful to work with Edna and Charlotte. I highly recommend Edna to anyone for new home design!

The worst builder to build your home with! The worst customer service especially at the design center. They reduced our 2 visits to the design center to only one and are making us to finalize everything in our one visit as it’s the last day set by construction. Why don’t you give earlier appointments and press your customers to follow your strict rules and pre-determined schedule? No respect and understanding whatsoever! They rush through the selections and they don’t respect your interests even if you tell them it’s ok to delay the construction... but we don’t want to rush through this. I wish we didn’t choose Perry Homes.
