The public can't get anywhere near this refinery either by car or boat. Both options are locked and heavily watched. I would have loved an opportunity to understand more about this facility and what happens there.

Not a gas station... It's a great refinery I'm sure, but don't turn this way if all you need is to fuel up your car.
