I contacted them through their website and they responded immediately. They were able to come out that weekend. Mary and her assistant arrived early and had my bunk bed set up in under an hour. They were very professional and polite. They even helped clean up the packaging and carry it out to the dumpster. Their rate was fair and competitive as I checked with other assemblers who quoted me slightly more and some were only offering to send one person. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Mary and her team are a pleasure to work with. She is very conscientious and she and her team are competent and capable of meeting any assembly need that you might have from assembling small furniture to kitchen cabinet installations. In addition she is a great communicator and she will contact to you quickly by phone or text and provide you with a very reasonable estimate and quick time frame for the appointment. It is rare to find such a reliable service where the owner is the direct service provider and she carefully and thoroughly vets all of her team members to meet her high standards. I highly recommend Phoenix Furniture Assembly.

First off, let me start by saying my jobs weren't big at all, but Mary (owner) called back or texted every time I called with a concern. You can really tell she cares about her customers because I would've been screwed had she not cared that I was taken care of. She's great and Joe, her employee couldn't have been more professional, prompt, and did such a fantastic job assembling my table and couch bed, if you want it done ✅ correctly, give Mary and her team a call!!!

Called Phoenix Furniture Assembly on a Sunday, needing to have an office project done the same day. I received my desks from IKEA and immediately decided I could not commit to the 4 to 6 hours it was going to take me to complete this project. I found a great resource in this company, Mary is awesome. From the beginning you can tell she knows her stuff. Mary was prompt and very courteous, she arrived within one hour of my same day call, with a partner. They completed the work quickly and did an amazing job, I found one mistake and they returned within 10 minutes to correct the issue immediately. Great service with a smile!

Mary and her team have probably assembled about half the furniture in my house at this point. Every time I hire them they are prompt, friendly, and do an excellent job. They can do the work many times faster than I would be able to do it myself and the price is very fair. They really go above and beyond. They clean up packaging, have offered to secure furniture to the wall for me. They have made slight modifications when items has arrived from the store missing pieces. Even my kids love Mary because she is so sweet and talks Star Wars with them. I just can't say enough good things about Phoenix Furniture Assembly.

Phoenix Furniture Assembly are the IKEA experts and they saved the day when IKEA stood us up on our delivery and assembly we had scheduled three times. Finally after IKEA's third party assembly service canceled the last time on us. We searched for IKEA furniture assembly services in Phoenix and found Phoenix Furniture Assembly and Mary took our initial call. This lady knows IKEA stuff better than the staff at IKEA and the best part was Phoenix Furniture Assembly came out the same day we called and saved the day by assembling our IKEA furniture. We had a Malm dresser and two PAX units with drawers and our bed with a headboard and drawers. The assemblers finished in just a few hours and everything was perfect and we didn't have to lift a finger.

We got a cash discount from Phoenix Furniture Assembly on all of our IKEA furniture and when the delivery failed. Mary and her team of assemblers went to IKEA and picked up our order and delivered it for free. They took ownership when IKEA wouldn't and even though we were upset. Phoenix Furniture Assembly still stood beside IKEA's products and apologized for IKEA. We would recommend Phoenix Furniture Assembly for all IKEA furniture assembly services. Thanks Mary and team, you guys are great!

I was looking for assembly of a trampoline last minute like I text Phoenix Furniture Assembly Friday night at 7pm. They responded IMMEDIATELY we communicated about brand, size and city. Everything was confirmed and the team showed up and delivered services 7am on Saturday.

I like Mary as a person as she is friendly, but when she n her team member assembled a very large wardrobe for me, there was a .5 inch gap difference between the 2 sliding doors. I've politely asked her twice to come back to adjust them to no avail. I did not appreciate the reluctancy or lack of response.

In regards to your response:

1. If you would pay attention to what I wrote, you would see it was ".5" inch, NOT 5 inches.

I made you feel uncomfortable? Really? I left you guys alone for most part while i was in my guest room while you were in the garage and Joe was was inside working away.
If I did converse with you, it was in the garage and for a few short minutes.

2. I never said anything about giving money to my boyfriend for music business You got your memory mixed up lady.

3. Delivery service? What are you talking about? There was never any request for you or your business to come pick up anything for me...where did that came from?
All of the pieces of furniture were already delivered by IKEA.

4. You texted me back within 2 hrs of the previous review, asking me to remove it until you came out on the 28th and that you had an accident on 51. I never replied to your text since i didn't feel you really wanted to come back out, but only replied after the negative review. Needless to say, the feelings are mutual about you returning to my residence.

In reading your Yelp reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who had a problem with you guys. SMH.
