We reached out to them early on a Saturday and heard back within 2 mins. They explained the process for us to swap out a bad tank. Simple, easy and fast! Hopefully we don’t need to reach out again but at least we know it won’t be a huge hassle! Thanks guys!

would give zero stars if I could. They say they deliver in a three day window but I've called three weeks in a row for delivery and they just never show up. Every time I call, they tell me that the driver ran out of propane before they got to us. No apologies or anything. And instead of putting us at the top of the delivery list for the next day, they just close our order and put us back at the bottom of the list for the next week. this company is worthless.

This is the worst propane company to do business with for over a year they never delivered during the pandemic I was out and had nothing and they never came to my store. That is embarrassing for a company to do. For over a year they never came and, they had the audacity to charge me for the propane that was empty left in their cage that they left at my store. I should charge you guys and send you an invoice for storage fees. Very poor excuse to say drivers were out I doubt that they were out for a whole 12 months I really do doubt that it’s an embarrassment. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

The company is really bad at delivery and returning calls. The VP doesn't return calls. Watch for hidden charges specially about termination fee. They first sign you up then they don't deliver product then they charge you early termination. Only one person in company "Chuck" return calls after couples of months. He is rude and disrespectful..

Good service and easy to use. Minus 3 stars for not have any way to find your locations. I have a tank that needs to be refilled, but there is no way to find an exchange location.
