If I could have rated this junkyard zero stars, I would have. Pick Your Part - Anaheim knowingly purchased my stolen vehicle off the person that stole it. And they did this without any proper proof of ownership paperwork. And then they lied to me about having my car in their inventory. However I ended up finding it online on their websites online inventory. When I went to recover it the following day, it was completely picked to parts. It was sold to them on the same day that it was stolen and out in their yard right after purchasing it. My car was missing for less than 48 hours and the end result was this...(refer to photos) my car was in perfect condition and had no missing parts. When I went to recover it, the entire transmission was gone, along with many of its other parts. Deemed a total loss because my insurance doesn't cover theft, unfortunately... Now I'm literally on foot and not to mention, 7 months pregnant. I'm hoping to raise some money so that I can replace my vehicle, along with all of my belongings that were in it. (I had just purchased a ton of baby stuff and it was all in my car. Now I'm literally having to start all over. I don't have not one single thing for my baby. Everything was in my car and is now gone...)

Good prices, but they need to make it possible to check actual hours. Calling gets you an automated system that literally just hangs up on you when it says its connecting you to a person. So wasted the gas driving here today to learn they closed 2 hours early

Warning the price they advertise online are not the same when you go in person. Save your self time and money and buy what you need on ebay it's way cheaper... buy online and not pick your part

Horrible customer service. I was treated differently and unfairly because I was a woman, when realistically I should’ve been helped and offered assistance. To say the least it was sad that another customer offered to help take off my part meanwhile these guys were charging 35$ for part removal (which I would have actually paid, had the man at the front said that was an option) but no instead he kept asking me how do I expect to get the part off mimicking and making fun of the fact I’m a woman at a car part junkyard. I went over to some other staff in uniform asking for help as well and they were rude too.

everyone that answers the phones here are incredibly rude & unprofessional. yelling at people to speak up or being incredibly impatient with their customers. i’d go anywhere else but here.

These company owns many locations across Southern California, to make it easy to find the right parts , I recommend to download the Lkq app , we came to the Anaheim location to get parts for a Toyota Prius, and a Honda Accord, we found most of the parts in our list, also if you buy electrical parts or engine parts, transmissions you can get warranty and have a peace of mind in case the parts is bad you can return and get your money back, you can find from imports to domestic , just bring your tools, customer service is good, at the register window is slow they have only one window open , and customers asking many questions jaja
