My complaints to frank were when he built my limo not just right now. The only reason i am posting them now is because frank keeps getting them taking down. probably because frank is lying to Google about this. Want more facts . Im in court right now in California over all this , pull it up for your self court case number 22pscv00796 frank is a liar and slandering me . Want more facts . When i picked up my limo frank built i saw two cracks in the metal. frank said they were settling cracks , that he says all limos have when you build them.
well my other limos dont have them. when i asked about carpet missing under and around the bar , remember this one frank , he hands me a piece of carpet and says i can just piece it up when i get the limo home. Remember this one frank ,i notice a gas leak and frank made excuses about this to. this guy is a joke. Frank at pinnacle limousine manufacturing did hack work on building my limo , and doesn't honor his warranty either. When i got my limo home , within a few months of him building it
the drive shaft fell off. sure you remember this frank , and he never did anything. same thing with the hinges on the jet door. went bad within months of the build.can you believe that frank uses house door hinges on his jet door thats why the door went bad so fast ,those hinges are not strong enough to hold all that weight and pressure on them . And thats a fact frank ,he doesn't care about his customer or about his work. when i brought this to his attention about it he just avoided my phone calls and emails. if I could give him negative 5 stars I would. there was several screw ups even doors didn't line up properly. find someone else to build your limo that cares about customer service. because Frank didn't with me. FYI frank just because I'm good at what I do, and know the right people to fix your screw ups. and of course I keep renting the limos to pay the bills doesn't mean that you didn't do faulty work , just means on top of paying my loan payments , I had to spend my time to find people and pay them to fix your screw ups. And live with the Crack in the panels from faulty workmanship. You should be ashamed of yourself for what you did to me and my limos. shame on you frank. Karma to you. I have never bought a brand new one from Frank at pinnacle but I own two used units that I bought as a second owner from nearby outfits in the North NJ area and I can tell you they stood the test of time. I called him several times, to ask his opinion on the side runner that our drivers damaged and he Frank always returned my calls and offered the best way to go about the fix without the need for him to ship us parts. When we choose to build our next build brand new , I will be choosing Pinnacle.

They are very professional and have great warranty on all their product. We will continue to your Pinnacle for all our vehicles; they help us set ourselves apart from other luxury transportation service. A++++++

If I could give 0 stars I would. The driver refused to drive us to my brothers wedding. Showed up with a dirty car, wrong colour. When calling they hung up on us. I would not recommend this company.
